MAN Truck & Bus is a leading Global supplier of Commercial Vehicles from 3.0 to 250 tonne Vans, Trucks, Bus and Coaches. MAN were previously working with multiple vendors for their Wi-Fi and Network security but found that they were periodically facing authentication issues which would disrupt their day to day operations
They were looking for a company with broad in-depth knowledge of all their inter-connecting systems to streamline their IT to ensure they had a superior level of resilience.
What did Blue Sky Systems do?
We provided support to their Network Access Control system and diagnosed the reasons for some of their long-term difficulties that their existing partners couldn’t.
Recently they had a network issue which we were able to diagnose within 10 minutes. More importantly, we were able to replace the faulty equipment within the next business day. Since then we have continued to provide proactive suggestions to ensure that their IT continues to work seamlessly, not just now but also in the future.
