Jonathan Bastin (Cloud & Infrastructure Director)
Jonathan has been interested in technology since his first computer as a child. He tinkered with IT at home before choosing it as a professional career and progressing quickly through the ranks by gaining experience and knowledge from various industries. He is a family man with hobbies such as target shooting and a keen interest in cars.
Daniel Davis (Network & Security Director)
Daniel has a Masters Degree in Engineering and started off his working career in construction. He realised that it was limited and challenging for him, thus bringing him to look into IT. He quickly realised that much of what he had learned from his previous experiences in documentation and workflow worked extremely well in IT. Daniel is also a family man, living a wholesome life in the country, growing his vegetables and looking after his coop of chickens.
Why did we start Blue Sky Systems?
After both working as consultants for IT resellers, Jonathan and Daniel decided that their ethos and ideology of good business were better suited to serving the SME community by bringing together their knowledge and expertise and founding Blue Sky Systems
Blue Sky Systems is founded on some core values:

However, the difference between Blue Sky Systems and other IT service providers is their passion for IT. Daniel and Jonathan are recognised as experts in the IT industry and are frequently asked to give keynote speeches or to assist Global IT brands with project work.
They are still very hands-on, too, constantly identifying or developing new products and services for the benefit of their customers. Together, they designed and built our cloud platform, Truly Cloud, with its unique guarantees for reliability and uptime.
