Last week, Blue Sky Systems were proud to sponsor the UK Cyber Security Forum which was a joint event run by OWASP Cambridge (Open Web Application Security Project) and BCS Cybercrime Forensics Specialist Group. The event was held at Anglia Ruskin University and involved a 'Capture the Flag' (CTF) competition. Contestants were presented with a set of challenges and puzzles which tested their creativity, technical coding skills and problem solving ability. Each time a challenge was solved a 'flag' was awarded in a real-time scoring system and challenges ranged from beginner to advanced level.
Cyber security is at the heart of what Blue Sky Systems do, which is why supporting the software developers of the future is hugely satisfying and rewarding, as we help to shape the IT leaders of the future. We look forward to continuing our support of these types of events in the future.
Last week Blue Sky Systems were proud to support Sports2Digital with their Community Outreach Programme.
Ever since ESXi 6.0 was released there have been reports of 'purple screen of death' when using an Nvidia GPU and vSGA. This is something that we ourselves have experienced and have also read posts of others having the same problem.
The team at Blue Sky Systems love giving back to the local community and last week our Commercial Director, Paul Smith, gave up his time to work with Bottisham Village College on their hugely successful Enterprise Day designed at challenging Year 9 students to plan and deliver a pitch, Dragon’s Den style.
